Hors d'oeuvres, open bar, buffet dinner and dessert, plus fabulous entertainment.
We will be honoring the great actress Tovah Feldshuh, Jackie Hoffman and our own Barbara Bova, and we will have the finest and most talented performers entertaining you with food and drink all evening long.
Performing will be Andrew Beall, composer of SONG OF SOLOMON, the lovely and talented Anna Bergman, the beautiful and charming Adrienne Haan (accompanied by Richard Danley,) Pianist James Besser, Violinist Marina Kifferstein, Comedians Jackie Hoffman, Bob Greenberg and many, many more names to come.
One of our favorite entertainers as well as the funniest comedian on Broadway today, Jackie Hoffman, will keep you in stitches all night long. We will have memorabilia displayed, a special video of our history, surprise guests, singers, comedians and much, much more.
This will be the event of the Century.
A Variety Show with up and coming Broadway performers, singing love songs and rejoicing in the power of love; Monday, February 13, 8 PM, to help the Historic Actors’ Temple build an ADA Accessible Restroom; Musical Direction by Josh Freilich, produced by Dan Schneider and sponsored by the Florence Belsky Trust.

Friday, February 10th, 6:30 PM:
TU B’SHEVAT SEDER: Potluck Dinner and
Seder-Style Shabbat Service, a Mystical Seder for the New Year of the
Trees, our Environmental Holiday, with pianist James Besser and singer
Aron Bederson. Come eat the native fruits and nuts of Israel and drink
some wine, as we ascend through the four worlds. Please bring a
dairy/vegetarian dish to share. Lilly Galperin plays a piano program of
Baroque to Modern and Songs from Around the World during dinner.
Sunday, February 12th, 4-5:30 PM: The Actors' Temple and Different Directions team up for another Family Workshop for Tu B'Shevat, the New Year of the Trees, at The Actors' Temple, 339 West 47th Street, between 8th & 9th Aves. Materials fee $10/person. Come to sample the native fruits and nuts of Israel, do an art project, re-use and recycle, and sing songs.
Come join us at The Actors’ Temple for our Community Shabbat Chanukah Latke party, Sing-Along, and Open Mic.
Time: 6-10 PM
Dinner begins at 6:00 PM, Latkes and applesauce provided by us; then a Shabbat Service with music and a Chanukah Sing Along, conducted by Rabbi Jill Hausman, beginning at 7 PM. We will sing, celebrate, pray, eat and sing some more! Pianist James Besser will accompany. Bring yourself and your talents. Stay for coffee, dessert, and conversation. Whether you are renewing an existing membership or joining for the first time, buying your High Holiday tickets, or purchasing space in our new Yizkor Book, you can do all these things at our online store, even putting them all into a single order, which can accommodate as many items as needed. This will save you time, effort, and possibly even a postage stamp.
If you are a new member, or an existing member who needs to change some information (address, phone, e-mail, family information, etc.) please make all your purchases online, then print and fill out the membership form, and return it to us, so that we can keep all of your extended information on file.
