  • Actors' Temple Bike Ride (Sun, August 5th, 2018, 11am) We leave from Rabbi Jill’s lobby, ride once around the park, return for bagels and fruit, and have a brief Torah Study. Please contact Rabbi Jill to ride with us. Carol Ostrow sponsors the refreshments in loving memory of what would have been her father Solomon Hannan’s Birthday, August 5th.

  • Erev Tisha B'Av (Sat, July 21st, 2018, 8pm, A Later Service) We commemorate the historical tragedies of summer with a special Dramatic Reading. All who wish to volunteer to take part and read are welcome! Everyone who is at the service can read. Please contact Rabbi Jill to participate. Elyas Isaacs will play and sing two songs.

  • Two Shabbatot in Honor of Barbara Bova (Fri, July 20th and 27th, 2018, 7pm) July 20th: Service and Special Oneg Shabbat to honor Barbara Bova on her Birthday, Retirement, Donation of the Kiddush Cup, and for the many things she does for the synagogue every Shabbat. Judy Buchman will sing and play two songs The Oneg is sponsored by the Synagogue.July 27th: Harry Ellison presents a Kabbalistic Commentary on the Torah Portion: Va’etchanan. He dedicates his talk to honor Barbara Bova.

  • Shabbat and Holiday Services We offer services for Shabbat and most Jewish Holidays in our beautiful and historic sanctuary! Fridays, 7 PM: Service & Oneg Shabbat; on select dates additional programming included. Saturdays, 10:30 AM: Chavurah-Style Service, Torah Discussion in English & Oneg Shabbat; on select dates Torah reading by members and staff.Holidays: Check our calendar for exact dates/times of any Holiday service. Note that some holidays are celebrated as part of the closest Friday night Shabbat service. On rare occasions there are exceptions to the above, so please check back right here or look at the Calendar to make sure!

Pray: Weekly Shabbat and Holiday services, special services for children, early services monthly for performers.
Learn: For children: the Hebrew School offers an exciting, fun, and rich curriculum, at a very reasonable cost. For adults: mid-week Torah study, Shabbat Torah discussion, and frequent special programs. Socialize: Meet people in person; visit our Facebook Page and give us a “Like”.

Join, Give & Receive: At our Online Store Membership is only $180 for an individual, $300 for a family!
