You may pay for your membership with a credit/debit card at our online store, pay with a credit/debit card offline (call, fax, mail, or in person), or with a check (mail, in person.)
We do not recommend sending any card information, or attached documents containing card information, via e-mail. Please send card information on paper via postal mail, fax, or call us
