  • CHANUKAH CELEBRATION: Friday, December 6th, Latke Party & Potluck Dinner, 6 PM, Sing Along Service, 7 PM, with Aron Bederson, James Besser, Judy Buchman, Fred Fastow, & Ira Shimshi. Open Mike 8:30-10 PM. We will be joined by members and clergy of The New Synagogue. Please bring a dairy/veggie dish to share & bring your talents! We commemorate the Yahrzeits of: Albert Jack Nadel (12/7), Sydney Goldfarb, (12/7), Chana Waldman (12/10). Sally Gerity Sponsors the Oneg Shabbat.

  • Announcing a New Concert Series: Vox Hebraica opens its inaugural season at The Actors' Temple with a double bill featuring the renowned NYC-based Klezmer bands, Metropolitan Klezmer and Isle of Klezbos, Friday, 1/10. 9 PM. Tickets $15; $10/Stu/Srs,; APAP & Actors' Temple members/congregants Free or by donation.
  • Tu B’Shevat Seder, Friday, January 17th, 6:30 PM. Seder, Music, and Dinner.
  • Bar Mitzvah of Nathaniel Gonzalez, Saturday, January 18th.

Education

  • WEEKLY TORAH STUDY for Adults: Class on Tues. 12/3 this week. Join us most Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30 PM, studying in English with Rabbi Jill at 96th Street. Reading the Book of Exodus.
  • Hebrew School for K-5 Mondays at 4 PM; Bar/Bat Mitzvah registration ongoing.
