Thank you for your interest in the historic Actors’ Temple—which today is a warm and forward-thinking religious institution, providing sanctuary and acceptance for many Jews of diverse backgrounds: both a spiritual home and an historic landmark.

The AT encourages intellectual inquiry, spiritual evolution, and artistic expression—our philosophy is that there are many ways to be Jewish. We would love for you to join The Actors’ Temple, a part of Jewish History and old New York.

Members receive discounts on High Holiday Tickets, our Seder on the second night of Pesach, tickets to Off Broadway shows in the Actors’ Temple Theater, special performances and events held at the Temple, Hebrew School, and Temple rental, subject to availability.

The synagogue is located at 339 West 47th street, on the north side of the block between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. We are in the heart of the Theater District, a hop and skip from Times Square, "Crossroads of the World."

The Actors' Temple is Handicapped Accessible. We have a chair lift and an accessible restroom.

Payment Instructions

You may pay for your membership with a credit/debit card at our online store, pay with a credit/debit card offline (call, fax, mail, or in person), or with a check (mail, in person.)

We do not recommend sending any card information, or attached documents containing card information, via e-mail. Please send card information on paper via postal mail, fax, or call us
