Tu B'Shevat Programs (Fri-Sun, Feb 10th-12th, 2017)

Friday, February 10th, 6:30 PM: TU B’SHEVAT SEDER: Potluck Dinner and Seder-Style Shabbat Service, a Mystical Seder for the New Year of the Trees, our Environmental Holiday, with pianist James Besser and singer Aron Bederson. Come eat the native fruits and nuts of Israel and drink some wine, as we ascend through the four worlds. Please bring a dairy/vegetarian dish to share. Lilly Galperin plays a piano program of Baroque to Modern and Songs from Around the World during dinner.

Sunday, February 12th, 4-5:30 PM: The Actors' Temple and Different Directions team up for another Family Workshop for Tu B'Shevat, the New Year of the Trees, at The Actors' Temple, 339 West 47th Street, between 8th & 9th Aves. Materials fee $10/person. Come to sample the native fruits and nuts of Israel, do an art project, re-use and recycle, and sing songs.
